a few sights in the area

Madonna Mountain

I hiked Madonna Mountain today with my cousins. Brendan and I made it to the top while the others took the alternate trail and saw the big "M". It was extremely windy, but the sun was out. Everything is so green right now that it really didn't matter how crazy the weather was.

my latest projects!

So the first one is for drawing 2. we had to take a real object, a photograph and a made up item and combine all three into one piece so it looked like a whole picture rather than three separate items. Bet you cant guess which item is made up... :) the tiger is gratis of Nancy, and China for their awesome new years celebrations (the real object). the sushi is from a photo taken at Robert and Phil's birthday last year, and the dish it is resting on is made up!

The second picture is from 3D design, it is a structured relief. In person it is much cooler because it has all of these floating pieces that are lost in the photo. I had fun with it, im not huge into abstracts but i enjoyed creating this one :)
